Refurbished Pallet Rack and Safety
Recently WPRP came across these frames below and we have attached the photos as many of the frames look to be refurbished. WPRP would like to warn anyone that is purchasing refurbished racking that it is important to inspect all racking before purchasing and installing. These frames in the photo are unsafe and do not meet the original manufactures specs. It actually looks like this frame was welded in pieces. If this was fully loaded the stress points and failures would be immediate and on the welded butt joints. If you have an application that is questionable let your client know and offer a solution.
