Illinois marks the third state that WPRP has been able to open up a Pallet Rack Quick Ship program for forklift dealers and resellers. We know that this Illinois pallet rack inventory will help our distributors by offering a large freight advantage when shipping to the Midwest. Our Illinois quick ship is set up to maintain the demand of our Midwest distributors’ needing quick access to pallet rack in the Chicago area.

Minnesota Pallet Rack Upright Frames

Our IL upright frame inventory is full of standard size pallet rack frames for all different types of applications, with depths ranging from 24” to 48” deep and heights range from 96” all the way up to 240” High. Our most common uprights include: 36” Deep x 144” High, 42” Deep x 120” High, 42” Deep x 144” High, 42” Deep x 192” High, 42” Deep x 240” High. These are all Ridg-U-Rak “Ridg-U-Tier II” Teardrop design frames. Many different frame columns (3” x 1-5/8”, 3” x 2-1/4”, 3” x 3”) and capacities are available. All uprights are painted in Vista Green.

Illinois Pallet Rack Cross Beams

Our Ridg-U-Rak Teardrop beam-to-frame connection is designed to be compatible with other widely available Teardrop pallet rack systems. Our beams are manufactured with a standard 1 5/8” step and a shaved / Lug style pin on the beam connector for compatibility. All of our Ridg-U-Rak beams are manufactured with the Springlock assembly, which provides a positive beam-to-column engagement, improving installation speed and safety. Our standard cross beam sizes include: 6’, 8’, 9’, 10’, and 12’ with multiple capacities available on some beam lengths. Safety Orange is the standard color on all of our beams.

Illinois Pallet Rack Wire Decking

Our pallet rack wire deck inventory in IL consists of wire mesh decks that are proudly manufactured in the United States. We offer decking to fit many upright depths including 24”, 36”, 42”, 44” and 48”. With hundreds of each size available, we are prepared to handle projects both small and large. Our decking is professionally packaged to minimize damage in shipping.

Illinois Used Pallet Rack

Often times, distributors need to fill project requirements with used pallet rack and questions arise; Does WPRP offer Used? Can WPRP purchase used racking from my customer? Can WPRP combine new and used to offer a cost savings for my customer? The answer to all of these questions is “YES”. Although inventory varies from month to month, we always try to keep an inventory of used pallet racking in stock. With our years of experience in dealing with used pallet rack, we can also help our distributors by selling racking that their customer is looking to sell.
