Pallet Rack Wire Decks

A leading manufacturer of welded and woven wire forms, J&L Wire Cloth was founded in 1980 and is located in St. Paul, MN. They were acquired by American Spring Works in 2007, and remain the market leader in the production of wire flooring and the top domestic manufacturer of galvanized wire decking.

J&L Galvadeck is the most popular deck we stock at our Minnesota Quick Ship warehouse. We stock 8 different sizes with depths of 24”, 30″, 36”, 42”, 44″ and 48” with a variety of widths to fit most beam lengths. All wire decks are built and tested to ANSI MH26.2.

The J&L standard U Channel Wire Deck is one of the most common wire decks in our inventory. With channels manufactured of sturdy 14 gauge steel, this style of decking fits all standard 1 5/8” step beams.

J&L Wire Cloth offers a number of products to suit your customer’s needs. They manufacture standard waterfall decks that fit over the beam to hold the deck in place. Inside waterfall decks are designed for beams that must be clear of obstruction for use of bar coding, or in tight spaces. For the inside waterfall design, holes are pre-drilled for teks screws and they are available upon request. The universal flange is specially designed for use on box beams, step beams or structural C channel beams. Inverted channels, designed for step and box beams, are the perfect solution if your customer has a clean warehouse setting. J&L also manufactures a line of bulk storage wire decks for both double rivet and single rivet shelving.

J&L manufactures both 2”x2” and 1”x4” mesh patterns suitable for a variety of applications. 2”x2” is a durable pattern that provides substantial support for heavier loads. If your customer carries smaller products, than the 1”x4” pattern would be an excellent choice. Along with their line of wire decking, J&L also has a section of accessories for your customer to further customize their pallet racking. Your customer can create sections within their bays with Clip Dividers. Another option could be the use of Hanging Dividers, which are designed for front to back or left to right applications. Flue Space Dividers are designed for loading products from both sides and create an open area for sprinkler systems and a flue area for water flow in case of fire.

One of J&L’s newest products is their Back Stop. Made of galvanized wire, it allows a 3, 4 or 6 inch extension out the back for easy installation.
