A trip to Ridg-U-Rak’s manufacturing plant in North East PA proved to be an exciting venture for two representatives from Wholesale Pallet Rack Products, Jackie Marchisin and Linda Anlauf. After a warm welcome from National Sales Manager – Dave Olson, Inside Sales Manager – Ted Gorniak and Inside Sales Support – Tom Yocum, Jackie and Linda toured the manufacturing plant with Quality Control Manager – Paul Deraimo. “Although Linda and I both worked for a pallet rack manufacturer in the past, it was interesting to see the differences in set up and the efficiencies gained in their processes” commented Jackie. Linda added, “It was great to meet the people who help make WPRP’s nationwide quick ship program so successful.”
