Tell us a little about yourself:
unknownMy family is very important to me. My wife (Sherry) and I have been blessed with two great children – Erik (16) and Brett (14). We enjoy going on trips and vacations as a family when the boys are not playing sports (basketball & baseball). I enjoy playing basketball, water skiing, and crossfit workouts as much as I can. I try to make whatever I do – fun!

What is your role in the organization?

Regional Sales Manager for the central part of US (11-states), which I manage a dealer network and customers.

How did your career path land you in this role?

Right out of college I started working for a shelving company and when my ex-boss moved over to the pallet rack side of the industry I went with him, which after a few years brought me over to Steel King Industries (been here for 14 years now).

What is the most exciting aspect of your job?

Meeting and working with new dealers/customers from different parts of USA or even other countries sometimes.

I feel that Steel King is unique with its level of loyalty, quality and service to their dealers/customers. That’s why I have enjoyed working for them so long, we carry the same values.

What is one tip or bit of advice that you can leave with our readers?

Laughter is by far the best medicine anyone could ever share with you or you could share with them!

What are the biggest changes you see in the industry in the future?

Using technology more effectively in our industry will help us increase our level of service and growth. Change is fuel, if done right.
