Konstant’s Redirack Sur-Lok Safety Fastener

Konstant utilizes the Sur-Lok Safety Fastener on their Redirack roll-formed pallet rack.  Redirack features a rigid column design and a unique 6-point beam connection, which make it a preferred design in the Canadian market.  In addition to their welded design, they also offer a Redirack bolted design, which offers strength, flexibility and cost savings.  Customers save on freight by shipping frames unassembled.  Assembly on-site is quick and easy.  Repairs are also easy and can be done at a fraction of the cost of a welded upright.

Per Bill Link, Northeast Regional Sales Manager at Konstant, the Sur-Lok Safety Fastener is an extremely important safety item for your racking.  The Sur-Lok Safety Fastener is used to secure the beam to the upright to prevent accidental displacement of the beam, which may be caused by a forklift.  The fastener is used in the hole located at the top of the connector and goes through the rectangle hole on the front of the upright.
